The Will o' Wisp appears as a ball of light that oftens lures adventurers into danger. It is not known if these are intelligent creatures, or some manifestation of magic.
Previous Appearance
Wisps are known in the Stygian Abyss colonies of Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss. Wisps in Britannia, and some of the worlds linked to that plane, have been reported to be intelligent creatures that form part of a collective.
