A Brain Creature seems to be a disembodied brain, trailing tendrils of some sort as they float through the air.
Previous Appearance
The Brain Creatures used to keep Killorn Keep afloat seem to be native to the Ethereal Void. These creatures were highly psychic, attacking with blasts of psychic energy that caused hallucinations and madness.
