Fane is an outcast who can be found in Murgo's Prison in Upper Erebus. If you can free him (by first opening the cells using a lever in the Incessant Pit, and then opening his cage using the nearby lever), he will set up show in the camp near Haprukala on each level. He only sells basic goods, but is a convenient way to offload unnecessary items without making a trip back to Marcaul.
